Enter into this unmistakably Uzbek world. If the large blue dome outside is not enough of a hint, wait until you see the carpets, pots and ceramic plates inside. Staff members – many of whom are Uzbek – are incredibly welcoming and will work their charm on you immediately. The menu is regional (including the best plov in town), and the tasteful décor only adds to the flavour. A small shisha room piled with cushions and divided by carpeted screens for privacy is the perfect place to recover after a big meal. But be sure not to miss the show (from 9pm), which is bursting with energetic dancing from an eager troupe of young dancers.
