A ski-in and ski-out chalet in the hamlet of Belvédère, Chalet Blanchot is one of the hotels in Courchevel which caters to even the most discerning ski bunny with a location that’s close to the slopes but within easy reach of the town, too. After all, nobody wants to stumble home across the snow after one too many apres-ski tipples – it usually ends in a helicopter rescue mission.
Inside is room for ten weary heads across four en-suite bedrooms and a mezzanine, as well as space for two children in a bunk room. Nice touches such as a Champagne and canapé reception on arrival add to its cachet, while guests can choose between a private chef or shopping service upon arrival (depending on whether you opted for catered or self-catered). Finishing things off is a chargeable chalet bar and wine cellar, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, and a spa and cinema in which to relax after a hard day tearing up the powder.
