La Table du Lana
La Table du Lana makes eating in Courchevel a real pleasure. Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin worked in the salons of Paris and Boston before arriving at the five-star Hotel Lana, but a stint in a pizzeria ensures the menu at the property’s in-house restaurant is more than pomp.
Drawing on his past experience, the menu is a fabulous fusion that brings together the best of Italian and French cuisines; the lobster lasagna and onion and truffle sorbet are personal favourites. For a taste of Spain, try roasted scallops a la planch. Breathtakingly beautiful.
