Like many luxury Vegas hotels, The Cosmopolitan is a miniature world unto itself, with entertainment, dining, sumptuous guestrooms and suites, a spa, and a fully-equipped business centre. Even dogs are welcome and catered for; BarkBox will supply doggie treats and there’s a dedicated dog park on-site. Guests don’t even have to venture out for groceries; they can be delivered.
But unlike many of the luxury hotel behemoths, The Cosmopolitan manages to retain a sense of – dare we say it? – originality. Rooms are decorated with comfort and style in mind (a winning combination), and the on-site restaurants offer surrounds and menus that are creative, tempting and, for the large part, affordable. Of course, The Cosmopolitan also offers ritzy indulgence in the form of the West End Penthouses, which come with art collections, crystal-bedecked wall treatments and the attentions of a personal butler.
