Andiron Steak and Sea is one of the classy restaurants from uber-restaurateurs and husband-and-wife team Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla. Conjuring a coastal, almost Hamptons-esque vibe in Vegas’ Downtown Summerlin area, Andiron Steak and Sea is all white table cloths, softly sheer curtains, and gleaming stemware.
The food here is an ode to all things edible on land and sea. It’s the food you love, served up in ways you’ve never dreamt of. A five-cheese mac and cheese waffle? Bacon and jalapeno churros? Matzo balls wrapped in Neuske bacon? They have it all, as well as the gold standards of American classics, including juicy Wagyu burgers, prime steaks (and cauliflower steaks for veggies), Maine lobsters served whole and drenched in butter, Hawaiian big eye tuna, and a shellfish platter for two that’s practically regal in its seafood splendour.
And the popular Sunday brunch menu? Well, it’s packed with delectable dishes like shrimp and grits, caramel custard French toast, and the almost-unbearably Instagrammable avocado toast.
