As the name suggests, Glutton is not a restaurant for waistline-conscious dining; here, you go big or go home. The menu features American classics, including the not-so-humble burger, but they all come with a gourmet twist. Opt for a Caesar Salad and you’ll get an upgraded version incorporating black garlic and roasted shrimp. Fancy some calamari? Prepare to find it served with sriracha mayo, eel sauce and crushed peanuts. And the burger? Well, this comes with Glutton’s own house-made American cheese and B&B pickles.
Essentially, Glutton ups the gastronomic ante with its dishes and serves it all in a trendy, industrial-style space. And it has a drinks menu to match too, offering everything from their own twist on a Bloody Mary (A delectable concoction of American Harvest vodka, shrimp, pickled mushrooms, celery and togarashi chilli, which more than justifies the price tag.) to a full roster of American and international wines, craft beers on tap and cocktails made with barrel-aged spirits.
