Soho is a stylish new spot on the Prague restaurant scene, just out of town and set on the Vltava. Combining the funkiness of a clubbers’ lounge with a decent kitchen, this space has become popular with local fashionistas and young-minded business folk alike, who are willing to ignore the slightly out-of-the-way location to dine somewhere slightly different.
Drapes separate the areas within the restaurant, which consist of a main eating space and a chill-out section with comfy sofas. The large windows create a feeling of space and light, and also offer views of the lesser known, but pleasant, views of Vltava’s rocky shores
The menu is surprisingly broad, touching on French, Greek, Italian and Japanese food. With selections encompassing bruschetta, carpaccios, borscht, bouillabaisse, sushi and risotti, pasta and grilled meats, the restaurant caters for most tastes. Just when you thought the place couldn’t get any cooler, Soho also serves Stella on tap.
