Bocca di Dama

Bocca di Dama (which takes its name from the popular almond cake) is one of the creative bakeries in Rome that allows you to sip a cup of tea or coffee surrounded by take-away cakes, bon-bons and chocolate pralines, most already wrapped as gifts. The owners like to say they employ a ‘food architect’ and a ‘food designer’, and judging by the sophisticated creations on display, it’s not hard to believe.
