Cascade is a modern restaurant offering fine dishes at realistic prices – by the standards of restaurants in St. Moritz, at least. Inside is enough space for 90 or so diners, and it is open only in the evenings. The decor is very well done – think art nouveau fittings with crisp white cloths cloaking tables. Meanwhile, the menu is made up of traditional Italian and international specialties; personal favourites are the home-made pasta and fish dishes. Finishing things off nicely is a sophisticated bar area flanked by classy cocktail-sippers.
