Hotel B Berdichevsky
Contemporary furnishings and luxurious splashes of gold and cream characterise Hotel B Berdichevsky, a boutique hotel not far from the centre of Tel Aviv. The 23 rooms here come with all the luxurious features and amenities you’d expect, including plenty of marble in the bathrooms, free WiFi, flat screens and Egyptian cotton linens. And, of course, the same neutral, yet luxe colour scheme found in the rest of the hotel, with just enough dark detailing to lend the rooms a romantic moodiness.
The HaBima Theatre and the shopping on Sheinkin Street are both near enough to saunter to, if the mood strikes. But for guests who want to prioritise relaxation over excursions, Hotel B Berdichevsky has its own wellness area. While not a fully-fledged spa, it has a jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a treatment menu featuring a wide range of massages and reflexology.
Elsewhere in the hotel, the cocktail bar, Bellboy, is candlelit and festooned with art. There are leather sofas and a comprehensive list of cocktails and wine to enjoy, as well as a menu of small bites from chef-designer Ido Garini. All in all, it’s not a bad place to start a night on the town, especially considering the proximity of the Hotel B Berdichevsky to the nightlife and bustle of Rothschild Boulevard.
