Found just a few doors down from Café Corso, this café offers a totally different experience. Although some kitsch décor still lingers, this is, in fact, a rather trendy spot. A pile of chessboards and glossy magazines earmarks the entrance, while inside a menu offers everything from veal medallions or apple and pumpkin velouté to basic sandwiches and breakfast staples. Highly recommended are the Viennoise pastries and the desert menu, all of which can be accompanied by wine, cocktails, cigars or a kalyan. And if all that’s not enough, rest assured you can get a great cup of coffee.
