Bagrationi
Named after the noble Georgian family, it should come as no surprise that Bagriationi is another of Restaurant Alley’s themed establishments. Continuing your tour of world architecture, here you can spot a tall brick tower based on those found in ancient rural forts in Georgia. The menu is not exclusively Georgian but what isn’t is mostly Caucasian and Eastern European, with a couple of Bulgarian dishes. It has at least tried to remain loyal to its theme. The usually large restaurant has cleverly created an intimate dining space in a slightly raised balcony lined by delicately-carved wood railings and columns. Large black-and-white photographs of Georgia hang against the red-brick wall, and along with the friendly staff, this is a pleasant place to find yourself at any time of day.
