Every weekend the space, which feels rather like a New York artist’s chill-out open house, features local and international DJs spinning everything from breakbeats to deep funk. A very off-the-cuff bar lurks at the back of the room, keeping everyone well lubricated and in high spirits. Owner ad exec Nino Azzi encourages a relaxed crowd; there’s no door policy, so you get a mixture of Beirut’s wannabe Bohemians and suited advertising types.
