Cava y Café
Cava y Café is one of the small and unassuming cafés in Bogotá. If you’re in a hurry, you might not even notice the front door. Inside, the café seems to be just a wide corridor, with little wooden tables and retro French adverts hung on the wall. Plenty of locals come here to work, although there are also clusters of couples on dates and business meetings unfolding at any given hour. The décor is simple, but the coffee is anything but. There are 30 types to choose between, not including the coffee cocktails. Many are organic, and there are several different types of bean to choose between, too. The waitresses are very knowledgeable and will help you find that ever-elusive perfect cup.
