Designed by Nini Andrade Silva, the hotel draws its decorative inspiration from Colombia’s two most precious minerals, gold and emeralds. This local theme is picked up further with the use of hand-made products from local artisans. Located in Downtown Bogota, the B.O.G. Hotel is in the centre of everything – high-end shopping, excellent restaurants and vibrant nightlife is on the door step. The 55 rooms and suites are simple, modern and stylish with rain showers and filled with natural light. There’s a good restaurant serving local cuisine and a bar serving well-crafted cocktails. The roof-top terrace bar and swimming pool is perhaps its crowning point providing a social meeting point (not unlike a Soho House) with fabulous views out over the rest of Bogota. A spa rounds off the whole experience, making B.O.G. Hotel, one of the the best little boutique hotels in Bogota and one of our favourites.
