After an early evening’s shopping at Patio Bullrich, walk across Posadas Street and into the Caesar Park Hotel, hand your bags to a bellhop and roll into dinner at Agraz.
Looking like every five-star hotel’s archetypal lobby restaurant, the feel is one of dining on a cruise liner. Fears are quietly dispelled as warm bread and hummus are brought with Rodrigo Tosso’s menu.
Like Tomo Uno and Resto, everything is about the food and not the surroundings, which tend to include the serious suits on expenses that stay the Caesar. Inventive pasta and delicate fish dishes are omnipresent on an ever-changing menu here, and the waitresses, rigorously trained by Rodrigo, are well versed in all things vino.
Apart from the slightly sterile atmosphere Agraz is a delight and if you are seriously impressed by the food you can attend one of Rodrigo’s cookery classes.Turn up laden with shopping for an early dinner before hitting the bars in your new outfit.
