Claiming to be the second oldest of the nightclubs in Courchevel – in truth, no one seems to know which is the oldest – La Grange is something of an institution on the resort’s famed nightlife scene. If its appearance is anything to go by, it certainly looks like it’s seen a fair few parties in its time with a rustic exterior that’s as haggard as Keith Richards circa now.
Thankfully, its weathered facade conceals a thoroughly modern dance club that attracts the resorts brightest young things looking for a night out on the, er, pista. With more than a little New York about it, party-goers can expect old-fashioned bottle service at sleek tables, a turntable manned by JackE from Les Caves du Roy in St. Tropez and a dance floor flanked by only the most fashionable and downright fabulous.
Keep an eye out for ‘slebs and superstars nestled on the oversized sofas and overstuffed poufs in the VIP area. If bling isn’t your thing, don’t bother coming in.
