Located within the gated confines of a gorgeous boutique hotel (see Sleep) in Sandhurst, the Saxon Spa and Studio is the perfect place to come for a little rest and relaxation. The interiors are decked out in contemporary African decor, while the spa itself comprises a number of treatment gazebos and water facilities, amongst others. The spa’s signature, however, is the sound therapy room; using gongs, cymbals, singing bowls and bells, the room offers a complete holistic experience to stressed-out clients. Treatments on offer include all the usual facials and massages.
