Restaurant Guy Savoy

If you happen to walk past Paris Las Vegas on your way to dine at Restaurant Guy Savoy – found with the iconic Caesars Palace resort – that’s no bad thing. The giant replica Eiffel Tower will just add that little bit extra Parisian je ne sais quoi to your evening. Guy Savoy, of course, refers at once to the renowned Michelin-starred French chef and the name of his eponymous restaurants, famously found in Paris and Las Vegas. The Vegas Restaurant Guy Savoy is the only one outside France and seeks to emulate the sophistication and sumptuousness of its sister in the French capital. And, man, does it succeed, winning awards and accolades left, right and centre.

The menu here features many of Restaurant Guy Savoy’s classics, including the renowned artichoke and black truffle soup with toasted mushroom brioche and black truffle butter. Sumptuous and rich, this dish is heady stuff – the scent alone is out of this world. The seared foie gras, meanwhile, is another big hitter, served with salsify and potato consommé. And those are only starters. Elsewhere on the menu, you’ll find everything from lobster with heirloom carrots, chanterelles and jus au vin jaune, to American Wagyu rib cap and braised short rib from “Snake River Farm” served with textures of aubergine.

While ordering a la carte will allow you to sample some of the highlights, for a truly comprehensive experience, the tasting menu is the way to go. Dish after dish appears at the table, offering one mind-blowing taste after another. It’s so entrancing, you won’t really notice your surroundings – although they’re as elegant as you’d expect, all high ceilings, eye-catching wooden accents, and crisp white linens as far as the eye can see. And if you missed Paris Las Vegas’ Eiffel Tower on your way, don’t fret – as luck would have it, you can see it from Restaurant Guy Savoy’s open-air terrace.
