Most people know Madison for its stunning St Paul’s views. Positioned on the penthouse of One New Change, the restaurant frames the iconic London cathedral between towering shards of glass in a striking image of old and new London. As you might expect from a bar and restaurant with such enviable views, it gets very busy during the week, when city workers spill out of the lift and onto the terrace to enjoy drinks in full view of Madison’s famous neighbour. Visit on the weekend, however, and you’ll have much more room to move. On Sundays, you can choose between the Brunch menu and the Soul Sundays menu, featuring dishes such as courgette flower stuffed with scallop and crab and lobster croque monsieur, alongside a selection of traditional roast dinners and indulgent desserts.
