Allied to the locavore trend, Ducksoup’s ever-changing menu is built entirely from whatever is market fresh that day or week. The small plate dining menu – influenced by Mediterranean and the Middle Eastern flavours – combines simple, fresh ingredients to create delightfully tasty dishes that are perfect for sharing. However, be warned that some of them are so damned good that the bill can start to mount a little too quickly.

The wine list is subject to the same curatorial eye as the food menu, with a real focus on biodynamic wines from a few select producers. The weathered, slightly minimalist interior and hastily scrawled chalk boards only emphasises Ducksoup’s confident grasp of the Zeitgeist.
