Cecconi’s West Hollywood
This classic Italian restaurant serves everything from breakfast to dinner, as well as cicchetti (Italian tapas). Originally brought up in London, Cecconi moved its black and white marble design to the corner of Melrose Avenue and Robertson Boulevard in early 2009 and hasn’t looked back. The heap of different menus offered at Cecconi’s West Hollywood – breakfast, brunch, cicchetti, all day, dolci and late night – are stocked with Italian classics and LA takes, and if you really want to, you can have your gnocchi romana followed by a grilled cheese and shortrib sandwich. The decor is classic LA meets European cafe: Art Deco chandeliers and plush booths recalling 1930s LA, while open breezeway doors and a warm terrace match the Italian influence.
