A franchise based in the famous Chundamdong district of South Korea, Park’s BBQ crossed the Pacific to grace the bustle of Korea Town for the first time a few years back. In an area bristling with BBQ restaurants, Park’s BBQ stands out from the crowd with its glossy, stylish and decidedly modern approach to traditional Korean dishes. The dining room is decked out in black and stainless steel, giving it a more edgy urban vibe than it’s more conventional neighbours, whilst head chef Jenee Y. Kim creates a refined taste of Korean cuisine within the confines of a classic menu. The marinated Galbi is a hot favourite and the restaurant’s delicious prime cut beef raises Park’s BBQ dishes to the top of the pile when it comes to quality. A word to the wise – it’s always heaving here so we’d recommend booking early if you want to avoid missing out.
