Take a deep breath and relax into the reassuringly smooth and experienced embrace of the Setai. As beautiful and luxurious as it is understated while managing to remain possibly the most spectacular setting on the Beach and takes a certain something, which the Setai seems to ooze. Sold as a steakhouse, this just doesn’t seem to do the place justice or Executive Chef Mathias Gervais who has experience of no less than seven Michelin starred restaurants.
Don’t be mislead by the veneer of simplicity in the menu – the quality of the ingredients shine through but with such purity there’s no room for error. The sommelier delights in sharing his extensive knowledge to compliment the menu so all you have to do is soak up the opulence and enjoy.
