Nestled in an old Walser house in Stafal, this pretty restaurant is not one of the many wannabe mountain restaurants in Monte Rosa, it’s 100 per cent authentic, from the antique furniture that dots the candlelit room to the tasty local dishes, all of which are made according to old family recipes.
