Use the Punta Indren cablecar to reach south and west-facing runs in Monte Rosa such as Canale dell’Aquila and Eagle Couloir; the Canale dell’Aquila offers a varied and fairly gentle off-piste descent into Gabiet, and Eagle couloir is a popular and easily accessible chute. Both routes reach a top gradient of about 35 degrees, making them excellent warm-up routes for advanced skiers and practice runs for those with less off-piste experience.
