Milk & Honey
Created by London designer Hassan Abdullah, Milk & Honey proudly announces (on a plaque outside the front door) that it’s ‘A Leading Small Restaurant of the World’.
rnAlthough you can eat here in the restaurant at the back, this is primarily a bar. The unusual style is described as ‘eclectic new baroque and decadent maximalism’, which goes down rather well in this city of indulgence. The main bar area is filled with comfortable sofas and chairs of different textures and colours, making it an easy place to settle in for an evening.
rnTo add to the ambience, a resident DJ plays funky music from a ‘bejewelled box’. Open 24 hours, this is the perfect place for pre-party drinks or a post-party breakfast, served between 7am and midday.
