Café Orange

You might never find this sweet little Prague cafe if you weren’t looking for it. Its location on idyllic Pushkin Square in Prague’s northern Bubenec neighbourhood keeps Cafe Orange well off the tourist trail and, frankly, off the radars of even many Prague residents. Run by a quirky chef who doubles as the waiter, you’ll find the menu full of many items typical of cafes in Prague – cakes, sweets and token sandwiches – with a few surprising additions like mozzarella ciabattas – all with an Italian flair. A decent selection of both Czech and international wines keeps locals whiling away the afternoon at outdoor tables overlooking the leafy square.
