Super Tramp Coffee

My kingdom for good crema. That perfect rich layer atop a well-brewed espresso. Happily, exquisitely brewed coffee is the standard at Super Tramp Coffee in Prague’s Nové Město. They source their beans well, getting the best from roasters around Europe, like the Czech Republic’s very own Rusty Nails Coffee Roasters. And the quality shines through in every sip.

There’s all manner of treats to enjoy alongside your cup, from Gouda cheese toasties and Sicilian cannoli filled with ricotta, orange and chocolate to Matcha loaf and rum and vanilla buns. Super Tramp Coffee is rightly loved for its food. There are also alternatives to coffee, if you’re in the mood for something a little different, like chilled Japanese sencha or a fresh pine lemonade.

Found inside a courtyard, Super Tramp Coffee can be tricky to find at first glance; try the the entrance from Opatovická Street and you should be fine. Once inside, it’s an exercise in simplicity. Big arched windows that let the light stream in. Smooth, soft wooden surfaces. The odd glass jar filled with a few sprigs of wildflowers. And there’s an outside space, dotted with benches where you can get some fresh air with your fresh brew. Wherever your spot, you can be sure that this first trip to Super Tramp Coffee will not be your last.
