Prague nightlife is souped up or scarred, depending on your view, by Karlovy Lázne. Located on a promontory into the Vltava, it is reckoned to be the largest club in Central Europe. If that idea fills you full of fear, perhaps it should.
rnThe reality is worse: five floors packed to the rafters with young, sweaty, style-conscious types (mostly American college kids), downing cheap drinks and getting busy to a range of sounds from techno to rock and pop (there’s a different genre on each floor).
rnIt may well be a vision of hell for some; for others, it presents a wonderful opportunity to throw themselves into a non-judgemental crowd and party the night away.
