Hg2 : The Hedonist

Chaya Brasserie

East meets west at Chaya Brasserie, a waterfront sport for dining out in San Francisco with great nouvelle French-Japanese cuisine by the waterfront. Although Chaya has a few outposts in Los Angeles, this prime location, with fantastic views of the Bay Bridge, feels decidedly San Francisco. Fresh sushi rolls and sophisticated pan-Asian delicacies such as soy glazed local black cod, are served in hearty portions by friendly waiters who are more than willing to stop and chat. The post-work crowd, which usually fills the bar area, thins out after around 7, so if you’re looking for a less boisterous meal, it’s your best bet to go a bit later.
