Dracula’s Ghost Rider’s Club
Originally founded in 1972 by Gunther Sachs as a place to hang out with his friends, Dracula’s Ghost Rider’s Club is theoretically a private members’ club. It has a glittering history; Bridget Bardot is just one of the many famous faces who used to frequent it, along with a slew of hedonism-seeking film producers and fellow movie stars. In the high season it often stays open ’til 5am – and as it says on its website, “No t-shirts and sneakers permitted!” Listen up if you’ve any hope of ducking beneath the taut velvet ropes.
