This is the most relaxed of the restaurants in the Opera House, serving food until 11.30pm for those who want a better class of late-night munchies. With its dark-green lampshades and white tiles, it looks like a typical oyster bar, serving everything from oysters to traditional Swedish meatballs.
It’s at its most interesting just after an opera performance, when you will find exhausted sopranos discussing their last aria, while a less inspiring bankers’ crowd fills the counter at lunchtime.
Hidden away behind Café Opera and Operabaren, it is perfect for a quick lunch or seriously good late-night snack. They don’t take reservations.
