Kit & Kaboodle
Kit & Kaboodle, one of the more lighthearted clubs in Sydney, spreads the good times through the two-levels of the building just above the Sugarmill pub. Inside it’s a wacky world of bordello-style Victorian chairs, plush carpets, antique statues of dragons and party animal clubbers getting sweaty to DJs like The Gameboys, who play a classic repertoire of house beats. The seating and dance area seem to mesh as one with sassy, young music-lovers and armchairs clustered around the DJ, but there’s plenty of space for one and all. If you burn off too many calories on the dancefloor, you can replenish with pizza and sharing plates, served until 4am. The place fits around 500, so the odds of meeting a special someone increase significantly, too.
