An unusually imaginative and beautiful addition to the Tallinn café scene is Musi; a small set of rooms filled with colourful sofas and cushions, in the style of the sitting room you wish you had. Be sure to visit the bathroom, the décor of which is straight out of an interior design magazine.
rnWhile Musi claims to be a wine bar with snack food, it easily qualifies as more of a small restaurant, serving a very impressive array of wines ranging from the usual to the exceptional. The food is refreshingly good, and the salads and pastries can easily combine into a decent light meal.
rnMusi is quiet and a little more grown-up than the neighbouring bars and cafes. Thankfully, it is almost impossible to spot from the street, so will hopefully remain a local treasure. If you do find it, please don’t tell other people!
