A fundamental ingredient in the regional kitchen, quality olive oil is treasured by locals and represents a firmly rooted source of pride amongst farmers, whose land has been used to cultivate olives for centuries.

Founded by Hela Vankart and Nimrod Zaltsman, Olia represents both a brand of olive products and two concept stores in Tel Aviv. The first, located by Rabin Square, delves beyond the fifteen distinct oils produced locally, to offer a rich selection of olive-based health and beauty products. The Olia Carmel, an enticing stall within the Carmel Market, offers the entire arsenal of olive-based culinary products, as well as an alternating tapas menu and draft beers for a perfect afternoon break. Olia products stand out as of the highest quality, in addition to a firm commitment to the slow-food standards, and would make a wonderful gift for any culinary enthusiast.
