Think: exposed concrete, drop lights, and a chic minimalist aesthetic, despite overflowing with gourmet and good-for-you food. In fact, the rustic-industrial mashup at work here can be felt in everything from the sleek chrome fridges, containing the verdant perishables, to the baskets of fresh fruit that line the walls. And in amongst all of it are shelves upon shelves of jarred, bagged and bottled goodies.

You’re as likely to find rich, ethically-sourced peanut butter at FOOD&COMPANY, as rice vinegar mayonnaise, rose and chamomile body lotion, and wild ginseng soy sauce organic mash. There’s even a selection of own brand (and therefore ridiculously chic) merchandise; the practical and stylish “thanks for your company” tote bag is our favourite, although the mug runs a close second.
