Positioned in the centre of the peaks at an altitude of 2,585-metres, hungry ski bunnies congregate on the sun terrace at lunchtime to refuel for action-packed afternoons. Highly recommended are piled-high plates of pasta and rosti – but be sure to leave some room for the tartes du maison, which taste even better than they look.
