La Poste Restaurant
Fill your ski boots at La Poste Restaurant, another of the restaurants in Val d’Anniviers for fondue fanatics, which is found inside the hotel of the same name. Cheese fondue is its specialty, but we recommend sampling the meat fondue for something a little bit different. There’s a bistro/cafe feel to this place, with owners Mirelle Julen and Walter Lusis welcoming diners with open arms and genuine smiles. There’s a reasonably interesting wine cellar, too, with bottles that are matched perfectly with the cheese fondue. Just ask.
