Hotel Le Brussel’s
Opened in 1947, Le Brussel’s is one of the few hotels in Val d’Isere which has stood the test of time and it’s not hard to see why. The location beside the nursery slopes and the Bellavarde/Olympique lifts is one of the best in the area, and ski-in/ski-out amenities add to its ever-increasing popularity.
It’s got heaps of style, too, with rooms decked out with ski memorabilia and exposed wooden walls. Downstairs, the restaurant is split between a warm interior with bare stone walls and an alluringly dark colour scheme and a bright and airy terrace that faces out onto the slopes.
Indeed, it’s the perfect place for watching les enfants struggle in the snow while you smugly sip a vin chaud. And located just a chilly stagger away from the town’s shops and nightlife, Le Brussel’s is a super-convenient place to catch forty winks.
