Another of the classic places to drink in Verbier. The action kicks off straight after skiing with a happy hour and then things go pretty much downhill from there as the evening progresses. Pub Mont Fort is very popular with the British and full of resort workers, chalet girls and ski instructors.

It is a walk up a steep path near the main Medran lift and walking back down after a few drinks can be an experience in itself. It also serves surprisingly good food and has a popular shots bar in the basement. Some say it serves more beer that any other bar in Switzerland, but we have never been able to confirm that. It wouldn’t surprise us though.
