Brasserie Le Bec

Found a few steps from the end of the piste, Brasserie Le Bec is a beacon of good food and reviving drinks for skiers fresh off the slopes in Verbier. The menu is international in scope, offering everything from hearty burgers and Beef Carpaccio (served with a mouthwatering combo of parmesan, capers, rocket, toasted pine nuts and a final flourish of truffle oil) to vegetarian-friendly dishes like Quinoa Salad and Veggie Wraps (stuffed with chickpea fritters, bulgur salad and mint yoghurt).

This bright and buzzy brasserie is a popular spot for snow-lovers, including families, throughout the day from breakfast through to après-ski, when the menu adds smaller plates, perfect for sharing with friends over drinks. Whether it’s refreshing lemonade, piping hot coffee or a bottle of Chardonnay, the drinks list here enhances the ruddy post-snow glow of its patrons on a daily basis. And the plates of moreish après-ski morsels, including Panko Tiger Prawns with chilli dipping sauce, spicy “Albondigas” meatballs, and perfectly crisp, golden fries, ensure that Brasserie Le Bec quickly becomes a fixture on any Verbier holidaymakers ski routine.
