Heidi Weber Museum
Le Corbusier’s last building, the Heidi Weber Museum, sits on the shore of Lake Zürich in leafy Zürichhorn park. It was commissioned by Heidi Weber, a Swiss interior designer with whom Le Corbusier collaborated to create his famous chairs and chaise longue. With muilti-coloured enamelled panels and a free-floating roof, it is considered a ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’, a total work of art.
This Museum houses a collection of Le Corbusier’s graphic paintings, which can be viewed from July-September when the building is open to the public.
