Kathryn made a permanent move to Nice in 2005 after an upbringing in Milan, an anthropology degree at the University of Manchester and a career as a modern art curator across the Far East. Kathryn provides features and photographs for several travel, food and yoga magazines where she can indulge her love for alternative travel. Her writing regularly appears in The Guardian and Time Out. She loves artichokes, sushi, yoga, snorkelling, reading crime novels and Columbo, but loathes traffic, elevators, chain stores and grumpy airport staff. What makes her a hedonist? A moving story somebody once told me about life being too short.
