Bakeshop is certainly not the cheapest bakery on Prague’s block, but what would you expect when they go to the effort of making their own yeast to ensure the perfection of their infamous sourdough? Because of its central location, and great grub, lunchtimes are busy, but if you can’t get a seat, you can always grab something to go.
