Bubble Bar
Bubble Bar, the Champagne lounge adjacent to French-heavy Guy Savoy’s eponymous restaurant, may be less formal than its next-door neighbour, but it’s fast becoming a favourite of foodies dining in Vegas. Indeed, this may be the best place in town to sample haute cuisine without the haute price tag. The menu of ‘Bites and Bubbles’ includes eight different kinds of bubbly by the glass, all of them served alongside small, big and sweet bites of caviar, foie gras, Kobe beef and pots de crème. There’s a communal table, as well as several two-tops for a more intimate experience, but if you can, snag a table by the retractable glass wall for spectacular views overlooking the Strip.
