Hg2 : The Hedonist

Burritt Room

Named after the Nob Hill alley just off Bush Street, the scene of the murder in the film The Maltese Falcon, the Burritt Room may thus have more gruesome connotations attached to it than other San Francisco bars, but this is a classic hotel bar of high sophistication. Purchase one from their selection of meticulous cocktails from the long wooden bar lit by crystal chandeliers, and then slink away to a semi private parlour to unwind on a vintage couch. Situated within the Crescent Hotel, the Burritt Room really does provide for a fabulous evening (particularly when there is live jazz playing!), a sexy yet subtle space to drink some outstanding cocktails and while away your evening.
