The Radisson has cooked up quite a reputation in Astana. Worked into the hotel complex are various bars, clubs and restaurants that all seem to attract the who’s who of the capital. This French/Mediterranean brasserie on the ground floor is no different. The interior is kitted out in strong colours and black-and-white photographs of Italian vistas create a certain southern European warmth. In the morning it serves up a gourmet breakfast to hotel guests, but from lunchtime onwards it becomes a destination restaurant for the power brokers of Astana. From noon it serves a plentiful buffet and in the evenings an exquisite à la carte menu. Perfectly located with some of the best nightspots in town just downstairs.
