Designed by world-renowned Italian architect Manfredi Nicoletti, this new concert hall was designed to rise out of the steppe like a flower in bloom. Opened in 2009, this modern structure is home to a state-of-the-art concert hall that can seat 3,500 people and can accommodate different types of performances from pop to classical, ballet to opera. It also houses other smaller halls, which can be used for film screenings, conferences and more.
