The traditional décor is simple, with a bold checkerboard floor and antique wooden chairs that give the café a laid-back feel. Contessa’s the perfect spot to recharge your batteries. In addition to the fabulous teas — served in elegant glass teapots – they offer light lunches, a selection of homemade cakes and an extensive breakfast menu. The mince, egg and cheese on toast is surprisingly good!
